We are so thankful to everyone who attended Greg's Celebration and we are equally grateful to those who could not attend but were with us in spirit.  We have uploaded the full service here for all to enjoy and share memories of Greg.

I can’t believe it’s been a year. My Steve is now with Gregs heaven-band. Hope they’re rocking & rolling & having fun!

At this time when we honor our ancestors here in Baja I am feeling Greg deeply. He walked on the earth with loving intention. I remember when I met him years ago up on Spyrock, I could feel myself slow down and settle. And just now remembering his  wonderful hugs, and clear sparkling eyes and smile,  he was/is a soul who made a difference simply in his presence.

Adding my prayers with the chanting monks.

For anyone who missed it or would like to watch it again, here is the short slideshow from Greg's Celebration of Life.

Thanks to Greg's sister Kimberly talking about his younger years.  Greg and I talked about West Virginia on several occasions.  Always was upbeat about times in West Liberty especially playing basketball.  I lived 25 miles south of West Liberty in Moundsville.  We discussed WL playing M but knew it didn't happen because M was a much bigger school than WL.  Greg and Kerry were both very active in our road association.  We had 18 miles of private roads and 2 bridges to take care of.  At road meetings arguments always seemed to happen with several talking at the same time.  I could always here Greg's gentle somewhat firm voice repeating "one voice, one voice" as he brought order so the meeting could continue.  His voice was always welcome talking about issues in the community.  The first time I met Greg I felt a kindred spirit with his temperament.  He would listen to what one had to say before a hasty response.  He will be missed.
