Gregory's obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gregory Gray, who left this world on August 20, 2023. Born on June 22, 1975, Gregory lived with passion, purpose, and an unyielding dedication to his family and his country.

Gregory is survived by his loving wife, Sara Gray, with whom he built a beautiful life since their marriage in 1996. His legacy will continue to live on through their sons, Andrew and Kiba Gray. He is also survived by his mother, Victoria Bos, his brother Christopher Gray, his sister Becky Gray, and his sister-in-law, Rose Davenport. Gregory is predeceased by his father, Joseph Gray.

A proud alumnus of Portage High School, WI, class of 1993, Gregory showed his propensity for service and dedication early on. After high school, he joined the United States Army on August 20, 1994, where he served with honor and dedication. There, he fostered a sense of discipline and commitment that he carried with him even after his retirement in 2014.

Gregory was a man of simple pleasures. He adored pineapple on pizza and fervently supported the Green Bay Packers. He loved camping, fishing, and especially spending quality time with his sons. His favorite color was red, a color that mirrored his vibrant spirit and zest for life. Above all else, Gregory held his family dear. His love for them was the guiding light of his life, and it is this love that will continue to inspire those he left behind.

We celebrate Gregory's life and the joy he brought to those around him. He will be profoundly missed by his family, friends, and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. All information regarding the funeral will be emailed out to family members.
