Gregg Pope, 60, of West Covina, CA who's life was taken on  April 20, 2021 will be missed.  His loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened.

Gregg was born on October 21, 1960 to George and Rose Pope in Lynnwood, CA. Gregg attended Covina High and was passionate about autos and auto repair. After graduating high school, Gregg moved to San Diego to pursue and obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences/Chemistry.  He worked as a Retail Buyer at Amoeba Music for 20 years and was an avid music collector. Gregg also spent time planting California native vegetation, growing a garden, and cooking exotic dishes.

Anyone who knew Gregg, knew that he was quiet, gentle, kind, loyal, smart, quick-witted, funny, and talented. He had an immense passion for classic cars, auto racing, art, planting, gardening, and cooking  and was always a source of consistency. Gregg’s family and friends will miss him more than words can say.
