There is a kitchen on-site with a full double sink and an average sized refridgerator.

It is prudent to avoid recipes with emphasis on heavy mayonaise and/or salad dressings-without serving safely & properly chilled...

There are mutliple electrical outlets available for serving hot times, which should they require extensison cords,-would need to be self-furnished...

Chaffing dishes and sterno heat sources are acceptable-but we are unable to provide for every guest...
