Greg Momberg, born on April 2, 1951, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on July 22, 2024, in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. A respected veteran, Greg was cherished as a loving father, grandfather, brother, and son. His early years in Milwaukee, shared with his two siblings, laid the foundation for a life marked by service and family. After a distinguished period in the Military, he embraced the joys of fatherhood and later, the delights of being a grandfather.

Greg dedicated many years to teaching his grandchildren the finer points of fishing and the essentials of enjoying childhood, leaving behind a legacy of cherished memories and life lessons. His passing was preceded by his son, Greg Momberg Jr., and his parents, Betty and Donald Momberg.

A service to honor Greg's life will be held at the Veterans Cemetery in Union Grove on Friday, August 2nd at 12:45 pm. Following the service, a celebration of Greg's life will continue at The Bunker in Waterford. His spirit, characterized by his generosity and love, will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
