Grant and I met in our journey to recovery in 2016. Grant was a great friend and I’ll never forget the times we shared together. We shared lots of laughs, had inside jokes that nobody would really understand and most importantly we learned a lot and grew up in recovery together. Grant was a unique, caring, charismatic person who cared deeply about his family and friends. I had the honor of traveling to Connecticut with him and his family and this trip was full of memories that will stick with me for the rest of my life. My deepest condolences to the Leasure family. I’ll never forget the impact Grant had on my life!

Grant and I spent a lot of time together when he first moved to California several years back. I was given an opportunity to take a role in Grant’s life centered around recovery. In getting to connect with Grant, I will always remember his laugh, and we shared many together. Grant was smart, charismatic, and charming - maybe too charming. One of my fondest memories with Grant was traveling all over Los Angeles to find Toys for a toy drive we conducted together for the Boys & Girls Club of Harbor City. From downtown to Long Beach, Grant and I must have gone to 30 + stores to find the kids exactly what they had asked for. Grant and I worked like a well oiled machine, and the toy drive was a major success. With the holidays around the corner I will always remember those days I got to spend with Grant. Through the good times and bad, Grant will always hold a special place in my heart. My deepest condolences to Amy and & Ed, and the entire Leasure family. I’ll never forget Mother’s Day & Father’s Day groups we got to spend together.

Warmly,

Sebastian Martin

Our deepest condolences to the Leasure family and you all are in our prayers and thoughts.  My two sons attended New Life, and I had the opportunity to meet and spend time with Grant.  I never got to meet Ed and Amy, but was so grateful that Grant included my son Michael on pass when he was first in recovery at New Life.   My family had the opportunity to include Grant on pass and enjoyed hearing about his love for growing peppers, traveling, golf and his family.                                                                                                                                     Our deepest condolences, Jonathan, Eileen, and Michael Mullane
