Grace was born in West Virginia in 1962. She completed a PhD in political science at Iowa State University before moving to Texas and then Kentucky, where she met her husband, Paul. Known for her amazing sense of humor and storytelling, Grace had a laugh that could brighten any room. A keen observer of nature, Grace loved camping and a highlight of her life was a 5 month bike tour through the NE United States …
