My name is Steve Cason. I am, or was renting from Mr. Hinds and I have just found out he has passed away. In noticing none of our checks had been cashed, we have had concerns, but until to date, we had no idea this had happened. Today my mail has included two letters to his estate. This is why I am writing. I need to know concerning future rent checks, and what to do with the mail that will show up today. My phone number is 229-848-7847. Please call as soon as possible.
