Gloria Jean Pennington, 83, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2024, comforted by her loving family. Born on October 10, 1941, in Belcourt, North Dakota to Alfred and Margret DeCoteau, she lived her life to the fullest with love, humor, courage, and determination. We will miss long walks in the park (Will Rogers Gardens, Canal & Land Rush monument, and Scissortail parks were her favorites), drinks at Starbucks (a dry cappuccino with 1 ½ packets …
