Gloria Jean Osborne, suddenly passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Edison Hospital in New Jersey, on September 22, 2002.
Gloria dedicated her life to promoting and securing the safety of people in her community and beyond. In her professional life she enjoyed a 30 year leadership career serving communities with developmenal challenges.
