Gloria's obituary
On Thursday January 23, 2025,
Gloria Duso, wife of Timothy A. Duso and mother of Anthony Giordano, entered into the presence of the Lord at the age of 73. Gloria was born October 29, 1951 in Brooklyn, New York to John and Madeline Marra.
Gloria lived in Brooklyn New York for 49 years of her life working as an office manager and also being a loving and devoted stay-at-home Mom to her son for many years. Then After being widowed.
She met her husband Timothy A. Duso August . 1995 and in the year 2000 moved to Henderson, Nevada where she worked in 4 different casinos meeting lots of new friends.
She was an amazing wife, mother, grandma, sister and friend. She was known for her kind and giving spirit and the fun she brought to any situation. Gloria loved enjoying time with her husband and African Grey Parrot, Georgie relaxing at home and also loved visiting her son and family in Chicago.
Gloria was preceded in death by her father and her mother. She is survived by her husband Tim, her son, Anthony (Bethany) Giordano, her grandson Otto Giordano, her siblings Toni (Anthony) Mercogliano, Florence Gores (Bill Hill), John Marra, Deborah (Michael) Nemoyten, Mary Vallone (Rene Coralles) and Anna (Robert) Cassiliano, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
