Gloria Azucena (Dixon) Phillips, 74, of New Orleans, Louisiana, peacefully transitioned on January 24, 2023 after losing her battle to lung cancer. She was the last child born to her parents on May 5, 1948 in La Ceiba, Honduras, C.A.
She graduated from Booker T Washington High School in 1967. After graduation, she earned an Associate’s degree. In the late 90s, she went on to study Food Preparation at Cordon Bleu College where she earned …
