Glenda Sharon Stout Bumgarner, 69, of Elizabethton, TN was a beloved mother, grandmother, wife, and sister was surround by family when she went to be with her Lord on August 18, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Ester Stout. Glenda was a graduate of West Wilkes High School in Millers Creek, NC in 1971. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her husband Eulis Lee Bumgarner and her grandson Steven Alexander Bumgarner.

Survivors include her children: one son and wife, Tracy & Teresa Bumgarner, daughter LeAnne Bumgarner and wife Tania SanJulian, and daughter and husband, Jessica & Ben Broyles, all of Elizabethton, TN. Her brother Steve and wife Elizabeth Stout and sister Karen and husband Richard “Jarfly” Dugger all of Elizabethton, TN. Mike Strickland, beloved partner, and 2nd love of her life and his daughter Carla and granddaughter Caira of Erwin, TN. Her grandchildren Thomas Bumgarner, Carlea Hill and Isabella Broyles. Several nieces and nephews and honorary grandchildren.
