Glenda Sharon Stout Bumgarner, 69, of Elizabethton, TN was a beloved mother, grandmother, wife, and sister was surround by family when she went to be with her Lord on August 18, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Ester Stout. Glenda was a graduate of West Wilkes High School in Millers Creek, NC in 1971.
