Glenda Neubauer, 76, of Benbrook, TX, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2023 after years of battling COPD. Glenda was born on July 22, 1947 in Dallas TX. After graduating high school, she went on to work as a hair stylist with the Sally Beauty Salon chain, eventually opening her own beauty salon.
