Mrs. Glenda Register August, age 83, of Vidalia, died Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital in Vidalia. She was a native of Toombs County and a 1961 graduate of Vidalia High School. She lived in Vidalia until moving to Bibb County in 1986, returning to Vidalia in 2010. She was a talented licensed cosmetologist, earning numerous awards while in cosmetology school, and she worked in Vidalia and Soperton as a hairdresser. She …
