Condolences to the family. I worked with Gladys at JCPenney. She was a lovely lady. I cannot attend the memorial service, but sending prayers for all of you.
Me and the boys spent a few spring trips with the Bowers and the Rex family . Gladys always made us feel
At home , stayed at one her extra modulars and Skip helped us get into Disney !! When we were in Lafayette she was always at Judy and Jim’s it seemed helping with a project, a birthday party or just hanging out . She was was a treasure and was always helping someone else. Her family was her love . She was an Angel then and now is an Angel in Heaven. 💕😇

We did not know Gladys and Skip well, but they always made us feel welcome in their home. Gladys always had a smile and you could tell she was a special person. I know she will be missed by all that knew her.
We had many delicious meals with Gladys and Skip both in Indiana and Florida. I will treasure the memories of those times together. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. With hugs to her family, Jim & Caren Walker
