In Loving Memory of Gina Scott

Regina "Gina" Lynne Dansby Scott , born on October 17, 1964, at Baptist Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana, peacefully departed this world on December 24, 2023. She was the beloved daughter of George and the late Barbara Dansby, both from Pensacola, Florida. Gina shared a close bond with her siblings, Damon Dansby, Shayne Dansby, and April Rhodes.

Gina found joy and fulfillment in her role as a wife to Jon Scott and a loving mother to three children, Haydn and his wife Jill, Grace, and Jack. Her family brought her immense happiness, and Gina took pride in being a devoted wife and nurturing mother. She cherished the precious moments spent with her loved ones.

Gina faced the challenges of life with grace and resilience, embodying strength in times of adversity. Her warm heart and compassionate nature touched the lives of those around her. Gina's spirit was resilient, even in the face of sorrow.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Vanessa Dansby, and her mother, Barbara Dansby. Gina leaves behind a lasting legacy of love and memories that will be cherished by her family and friends. In addition to her immediate family, Gina was a proud grandmother to two grandsons, Carson and Colin.

Gina Scott will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and the love she showered upon her family. As we mourn her passing, let us also celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the impact she had on those fortunate enough to know her.
