Gina was a caring friend who loved her family. She was funny and smart . I remember when she picked me up after she bought a vintage bright orange carmagia. She loved it and wanted to show me her new purchase. That was a fun time..will always remember my gal pal time with her.

I learned from Gina what friendship was. I only connected on a deep level w/ 2 women in my life and Gina was definitely one of them. She taught me a lot about friendship and that life is a gift that could end at any time suddenly. When she wished me a happy birthday only 2 weeks before she passed I had plans of what I had wanted to talk to her about something important to me but never got the opportunity to tell her . I wished I had only said it sooner. But I take a small comfort in the fact that i feel and hope in my heart that she already knows now what I wanted to say. I love you Gina and always have.. I remember this summer... 2001 like it was yesterday... I had just Graduated High school... And off to VA I went. I spent a lot of that summer with Aunt Gina... We all know Gina loved to sing . We had a pot belly pig named P.I.G. P.i.g was under the dining room table asleep Gina decided she wanted to sing along with the tv to the theme song of the soap opera another world. The high note she hit was so bad she scared the pig .it squealed and ran into the room .
