Gilberto Jose Jimenez, 32, of San Antonio, Texas, died November 28, 2019 peacefully in his sleep as a result of respiratory complications. He was born November 1, 1987 in Caracas, Venezuela, the son of Carmen Higuera (deceased) and Gilbert Cancino Jimenez. He attended Tom C. Clark High School and graduated in 2006.
