Gerard “Jerry” D. Scotland, 79, of Albuquerque, NM passed away Monday September 1, 2025, in Eldridge, IA while visiting a friend. Jerry was on a three week-long road trip to attend his grand nephew’s wedding in Kentucky and visit former coworkers of Townsend Industries - a Des Moines-based company.
Born February 9, 1946, in New York, NY to David & Elisabeth (Lee) Scotland, Jerry was known for his huge personality and his endless “dad jokes”. …
