Born in Toronto on September 15, 1943, Gerri passed quietly on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at the Ottawa General Hospital after a long, brave battle with pancreatic cancer.

She is survived by her three children, Deborah (Craig), Michael (Jen), and Jo (David), and grandchildren Joey, Ethan, and Johnny. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents (Michael & Vera Volpe).
