Gerald Hubert "Hugh" Kemp passed away on January 06, 2023 at age 62 after battling cancer for five months.
Hugh was born to William “Bill” Harold and Jo Moore Kemp on December 13, 1960 in Nashville, Tennessee. He grew up in Clarkston, Georgia. As a young man Hugh loved all things sports related and excelled at football, basketball and baseball. Hugh was a starting pitcher at the University of Georgia and subsequently pitched in the …
