He was born on August 15, 1995 to Gerald and Annette Delp. He is also survived by his younger brother Francis.
Chaz was a beautiful child who was always happy, easygoing, and very loving. He was an avid Eagles and Flyers fan. He loved skateboarding, fishing, and riding his motorcycles. We had many great times camping with his grandparents, and catching crabs on their dock. …
