Gerald's obituary

CANADA - After a courageous battle with cancer, Gerald "Jerry" Boucher passed away on July 30 with his wife Debbie by his side. Jerry was born on November 19, 1958 in Augusta, Maine. He moved to Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada in September 2004. He was a Civil Engineer who worked for the State of Maine, Department of Transportation, and later for FEMA. In recent years, semi-retired, Jerry worked as a School Bus Driver for First Student.

Jerry is survived by his devoted wife, Deborah, and stepsons Robert and Daniel Etty. He also leaves behind his loving siblings Constance Chafin [Don], Lorraine Boucher [David Rivard], Ronald Boucher {Cindy], Kenneth Boucher [Brenda], and Paul Boucher, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Doris (Labbe) Boucher.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Armstrong Funeral Home & Chapel, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian or American Cancer Societies would be appreciated by the family.
