Georgia Venard, 86, was surrounded by family when she went to be with the Lord on February 9, 2026. She was born on July 9, 1939 and is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Carroll Venard, children Tim Venard and Patti Jones, twelve grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.

Georgia was a woman of deep faith who truly loved the Lord. She had a passion for writing, reading, hiking, volunteering, baking, gospel music, and helping others. She couldn’t get enough of her favorite treat, a frosted coffee, served by her Chick-fil-A kids.

Her greatest joy came from time spent with family and friends, whose lives she touched through her warmth, compassion, and steadfast spirit. Georgia left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her, and her memory will be cherished forever.

A celebration of Georgia’s life will be held on Saturday, February 28 at 10:00 AM at Christ Church of the Valley 7007 W Happy Valley Rd, BLDG 400 Peoria, AZ 85383. Friends and family are invited to attend and share in remembering her remarkable life. We hope you’ll join us in wearing red, white, and/or blue in honor of Georgia.
