1930-2022

On June 30th, 2022, George Alexander Wootten, loving spouse, father, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully at age 91.

George was born on November 24th, 1930, in Sudbury, Ontario, the eldest son of George and Doris Wootten (nee Fournier). He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Toronto, his LL.B degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and later in 1971, was designated as Queen's Counsel. His legal career …
