Cookie and Dawn, I'm sorry to have just learned about George. I have fond memories of your shopping at Publix where I worked in Deerfield Beach on Sunday mornings. It was fun talking and remincsing about Hudson. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

We are so sorry about the loss of George. It was a pleasure to get to know him through the Ohio State Alumni Club in Broward County. We will miss his smiling face n game day.

Cookie and Dawn,  I know the loss of a loved one is so difficult. You are in my thoughts and prayers. As you prepare for the memorial celebration of George's life just remember he is dancing in heaven right now. May God bless you and give you his peace which passes all understanding.

My deepest condolences to my Dawner and her mama, Cookie. It was beautiful to see how you both treated George with such compassion, love, grace, respect and tenderness through a hard disease process and at the end of his days. 

He enjoyed being happy and making others happy through his jokes, dancing, and fun loving nature. His legacy of making others smile will live on in our memories forever. 

He was very proud of being in the Navy and of his Ohio State, but most of all he was proud of you two. Despite his inability to express it verbally at times, I am certain that that pride and his love for you never waned. 

You are both in my thoughts and prayers constantly. Love you.
