From my family to yours, deepest condolences.
Dearest Roxanne:
I remember George when I first met him before you were married, and he was always a gentleman. He was kind, genteel, soft-spoken and enlightened, and this is how I will always remember him. I was very happy that you chose him because I knew he would be a beloved addition to your family. My prayers are with him and with you and your family. May he rest in Peace, Amen.
Sincerely,

Our condolences Roxana, Andrew and Jeremy. When we think of George and your family we go back to our boys being in Kindergarten, through middle and high school and finally to UBC as roommates.
George and you always welcome our family as an extension of yours. George made us smile and take time to find humour in little things.
Our lives are richer by having known George.

Dear Roxana, my deepest condolence in this hard time. I still have memories of my first time in Vancouver (1975/1976) not sure but was there for your's and George's wedding. We have all experienced what life offered good and bad. Finding solace and peace as we move and wonder our own fate is something we are more aware of as we see the world not as when we were younger. I'm sure you have gained strength and wisdom to understand love with family never stops and never feel left behind, but what George would ask of you to feel fulfilled in this world......Love Laurence

George was my first boss and managed my teenage dramatics with professionalism, humor and, looking back, probably a lot of eye rolling. His solid work ethic really made an impression on me and it definitely influences my approach to work to this day. On top of being a great boss, he was one of the good ones that valued family and fun. He will be missed but remembered.

I knew George through his Son Jeremy who was my best friend all through high-school. I am blessed to have spent many occasions with their family. George always made me feel welcomed in their house and treated me as family. He was always quick to include me in many of their family events. I remember when we all went to see the Rolling stones in Vancouver and I got to experience true Chinese Cuisine when George took us to Hon's Restaurant. George was not shy in the kitchen and I was lucky enough to be invited over for Hot Pot and many other cultural dishes. His sense of humor always got a chuckle out of me (usually at the expense of Jeremy.) I will never forget all the times spent with the Ho's. May his memory live on in the lives of his family. He will be dearly missed! <3

I have known him for over 10 years through Peer Support. He had such a good sense of humour! He always liked to serve everyone coffee at our breakfast meetings.
He struggled for so many years and never complained. I am thankful that he was with us so long after his diagnosis.
Rest in peace dear George ❤️
