Rosa's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of the matriarch of our family, Rosa Martinez. Born on August 30, 1932, Rosa departed from us peacefully on October 26, 2023. A woman of strength, resilience, and immense love, she will be greatly missed.
Rosa is survived by her loving children; sons, Ricardo Martinez and Gerado Martinez; daughters, Rosie Luna, Christina Martinez, and Martha Martinez. Her life was a testament to the depth of a mother's love, and her memory will continue to guide and inspire them.
Rosa was predeceased by her loving husband, Alejandro Sr Martinez, to whom she was married for many blissful years; and her son, Alex Jr Martinez. Their memories brought her comfort and joy in recent years, and we find solace knowing that they are once again reunited.
Rosa was a beacon in our lives, her strength and love illuminating the way for us. Her dedication to her family was unparalleled, and her love knew no bounds. Her laughter was infectious, and her infectious spirit will continue to live on in those who were lucky enough to have known her.
A funeral service will be held to celebrate Rosa's remarkable life at 10:00am on November 1, 2023, in Roswell. Friends and family are invited to join us in paying tribute to Rosa's life and remembering the love and joy she brought into ours.
The pain of losing Rosa is immense, but the love she shared with us is greater still. It is this love that we will carry in our hearts forever. Rest in peace, Rosa. Your love and light will continue to guide us.
