I spent Mamas last 74 days watching this amazing, strong, stubborn-headed woman deteriorate from cancer. The unexpected transition a victim of cancer goes through during their last days is shocking and depressing, so be prepared if you ever have to witness this disease take a loved one of yours. It will scare you beyond belief. However, everyday that I was blessed to have with Mama, we reminisced on all the good times and confided in each other things that only a position such as this would ever invite. I learned that I never really knew the extent of how much and how great Mama took care of me...until it fell on ME to take care of HER! I will always admire my Mom for the strength and fortitude she was forced to apply in raising 3 boys...no matter how dire our situation seemed. Mama...you raised 3 great men, and we will always remember your mission in life; for we are the fruit of the seeds you have sown and fought so hard to nourish. I love you more than you could possibly ever fathom. Weary yourself no more, for you are relieved of your responsibilities...and those who know you will take the helm. Thank you Mama...for my life, and everything this world has given me. And thank you creator...for my Mama🪦
