With broken hearts and endless love, we share the passing of our precious baby, Genesis Daisy Gonzalez, who was born sleeping on March 13, 2025, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Though her time with us was far too short, she was deeply loved and will forever be a part of our family.

Genesis was meant to be the youngest of our family, the baby sister to two excited big brothers who couldn’t wait to meet her, to hold her, to protect her. From the moment we knew she was coming, she was surrounded by love—her parents, Daphne and Steven, dreamed of all the moments they would share with their little girl, and her brothers imagined the laughter and chaos she would bring to their world.

Genesis was perfect in every way—416 grams of pure love, 28.5 cm of quiet strength, a soul too beautiful for this world. She changed us in ways we never expected, and her presence, though brief, has left an imprint on our hearts that will remain for eternity.

She is deeply missed by her devoted and loving parents, Daphne and Steven, who longed to hold her longer, to comfort her, and to watch her grow. She is mourned by family and friends who carried her in their hearts from the very beginning and will continue to do so for the rest of their lives.

Though our arms are empty, our love for her is endless. We take solace in knowing that she rests in a place of perfect peace, wrapped in warmth and love, watching over us with the gentleness of a whisper and the brilliance of the stars. She is not gone—she is in the rustling of the wind, the glow of the morning sun, and the quiet moments when love speaks louder than words.

A private gathering will be held to honor Genesis’ beautiful but brief life.
