It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Gary Kent, who departed from this world on June 17, 2023. Gary, a beacon of light and laughter, was born on July 16, 1945 and spent a remarkable 77 years among us. His passing leaves an unfillable void in the lives of those who knew and loved him.

In life, Gary illuminated every room he entered with his humor, kindness, and nurturing spirit, attributes that reflected on his remarkable personality. These were traits that didn't go unobserved by those who had the privilege of knowing him. His life was not merely about his personal success, but also of touching countless lives with his profound wisdom and warmth.

Through his life's journey, Gary constantly imparted invaluable lessons to those around him. His life was an embodiment of honesty, confidence, and hard work; virtues he instilled in his loved ones. He believed in the power of perseverance and the importance of maintaining integrity in all aspects of life. His teachings are lessons that will continue to guide us and inspire generations.

One of his most cherished accomplishments was his role as a loving father and devoted grandfather. His love, support, and encouragement have been an essential pillar in shaping the lives of his children and grandchildren, shaping them into who they are today. His daughter Rachel Kirby, granddaughters Katelynd Wren, Kelsey Kirby, Gillian Kirby, and great grandchildren survives him, carrying forth his wisdom and love.

Gary's legacy, however, extends far beyond his immediate family. It is reflected in his children, his grandchildren, and his great grandchildren. Gary Kent may no longer be with us in body, but his spirit and life lessons continue to inspire us. His love and values live on in those he left behind, ensuring his memory will never fade. His was a life well-lived, deeply cherished, and will be forever missed.
