Mr. Gary Don Brister was born on January 15,1961. He passed away peacefully on February 7th ,2020. With congestive heart failure at Iberia Medical Center. He was a native of Houma Louisiana and a Resident of New Iberia Louisiana. He was 59 years old when he passed away. He loved to cook for his family,teaching his daughter how to cook,jokeing with his family,fixing cars. He was loved by his family. If you ever had a bad day he could put a smile on your face. He is survived by his son Charles Brister, Daughter Lee Alice Brister Toucheck, Son in law Russell James Toucheck 3rd and four sisters: barbra johnson, linda strain, clarice helco and betty stoute. He was preceded in death by his wife and mother of his children Linda Darby Brister,his parents mildred brister, clarence brister sr. One brother clarence brister jr. Brother in law curtis stoute.
