It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Garrin Parker who was born on June 17, 1972, and left us far too soon on November 1, 2023. Mr. Parker was a symbol of strength, resilience, and love for all those who were fortunate enough to know him. He left behind two daughters, Alyssa (31) and Abigail (30). His absence has left a profound void in our hearts. May he rest in peace.
