Prayers for your family, your son was a fantastic young man and will be missed greatly.
Garret was my daughters first date, she was 16 when he asked her out. She wasnโ€™t sure if she was ready to date so I told her she had two choices. Either get ready and go out with this very handsome young man that sheโ€™s known since elementary OR get her boots on and go do all the farm/ranch chores. ๐Ÿ˜‚ He also would leave her love letters on her desk in 5th grade, their teacher was Mrs. Pelton, they are probably laughing together in heaven right now. We are blessed to know the Arnoldโ€™s, what a wonderful family

It was during are 8th grade during track pracite one time we where supposed to run the mile garret forgot his running shoe did in boots and beat the whole track team while wearing boots
This was the very first time I met Garret. I was at rookies with my mom and her friend, and he was there with his aunt and uncle. He went up and told my mom that I was beautiful! We then started to talk after I sat down at the table with him talking to my mom, and it was just such a fun conversation! One of the funniest things I remember from that night was I went to go sit down in the chair next to him, he pulled out the chair from underneath me! Lol We exchanged numbers, and I wound up texting him first. Garret asked me to go on several dates and with my crazy schedule, I couldnโ€™t for a while. Finally, I had some time and we went to Coronas. There was so much laughing and smiles through the whole date! From then on we were always talking about life, God, rodeos, traveling, him teaching me to ride horses were only just some of the things! His conversations and smile were always something that I cherished! Garret was the one who was making sure that I was always looking at the positive side of things! We would try to lift each other up whenever one of us was feeling down or had a hard day! Garret was the sweetest, most loving, caring, compassionate guy I have ever met! He will forever be missed! Learning to ride horses will never be the same without you there to teach me! I regret on not getting to spend more time with him, but I am forever blessed that Garret came into my life!Garret, I miss you and I hope heaven is exactly everything you had hoped it would be!โค๏ธ
