What a beautiful service with so much love. Although we are cousins, I had only a few opportunities to spend time with Gail but always enjoyed hearing what she and her family were up to. I regret that it took a celebration of her life for me to be able to see her family. The love that she had for everyone was so clear through the love and tributes that were given to her. I am so sorry that she has left us all far too soon and want to share my prayers and sympathy with you all.

All my memories of Gail was that she was the kindest, loving, patient, talented and a woman of service. When my family was in Redondo 2nd ward she taught my mother Palolo Palu how to be a chorister. Played for the Easter Cantata that Greg McDougall composed all music. It has been many years since I've seen her but I will never forget her smile. Love & Prayers of comfort to the Jones family for the loss of the Matriarch.

What a beautiful service. A beautiful tribute to a beautiful woman who we can all aspire to be like💜 I will always remember something Gail told me years ago. “ The more you give , the more you receive “. That made such an impression on me. It is such a simple concept yet so powerful! Gail lived her life in that way! Always giving, always with a smile and always with gratitude 🙏. She made everyone feel better. Love and Charity was her mantra.

My heart aches for the loss of a wonderful woman who has touched my life. I enjoyed the opportunity to get to know Gail when we were in the Bear Valley Ward together and later catching up when I would see her at stake events. She has never been a person who seeks attention or accolades but rather quietly serves and blesses those around her. I enjoyed the many conversations I had with Gail. She always had so many wise insights and had a kind and gentle way of expressing herself. I was so happy for her when she decided to go back to school and pursue a career in therapy. I'm sure that many lives were blessed by those efforts as were the lives of all who knew her, family, friends, neighbors, and loved ones.

Gail was my Young Women’s leader and the mother of one of my best friends. Her lessons were heartfelt. I spent countless hours on in her home. I loved playing banangrams with her and her family. She made the best salad and was always there with loving advice. She gave great advice about motherhood and I enjoyed our conversations. She will be greatly missed but I have no doubt she will be spreading love and helping her amazing children as a constant guardian Angel.

I’m so sorry to Gail’s husband, children, grandchildren and siblings. What a tough loss that will take very long to process. She was an incredible listener and always was warm in her conversations. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen her, but her musical ability always impressed me. She loved the Lord and used music to honor Him and touch so many in their individual worship. Thank you Gail for the wonderful disciple of Christ that you personified.🙏🏻🙏🏻

I am so very sorry for the loss of your wife, mother, grandmother and sister. My daughter, Alex, and I remember our visit for Uncle Ernest's 90th birthday celebration. I think it was Auntie Lena who told Gail that Alex wanted to go to Disneyland while we were there. Despite how busy I know she must have been, she organized a trip to Disneyland, even packing a huge cooler full of fixings for make our own lunches. What a wonderful day it was, despite being stuck for an hour in Pirates of the Caribbean and hearing the same song over and over and over! On our way back to Auntie Lena's she even detoured to stop at Krispie Kreme--which hadn't yet made it to Canada. Isn't that typical of Gail, going out of her way to do something so kind for someone else. A very very special person. My sincere condolences to you all.

Dave and family: Michael and I are devastated by the untimely passing of Gail. We are trying to process this tragedy as we know you all are. She has been a dear friend for a long time as we discussed many times together whether she should get her degree and move forward for her masters in social work. I’m sure her doing so brought much comfort and wisdom to those in her care. She has been a joy to know with a sweet, gentle and soft smile that always brought a smile to those around her. We love you all and send our best wishes for peace and comfort! Lynn and Michael Maughan.
