Gail Faye Darnell, aged 71, passed away on February 8, 2026, in New Port Richey, FL.  She was born in Cincinnati, OH on January 12, 1955.  Gail graduated from Falls North High School in Menomonee Falls WI in 1973 and furthered her education at WCTI in Waukesha, WI where she trained in Surgical Technology.

Gail dedicated her career to healthcare, retiring in 2000 from Middletown Regional Hospital.  Her commitment to helping others extended beyond her professional life into her personal passions.  She loved spending time with friends and family, exploring antique malls, gardening, and caring for her beloved dog Missy.

She leaves behind a loving family: sons Steve and John Weiland; brothers Guy (JoAnn) Millhouse and James Millhouse; sister Billie Jean (Nick) Buccasio; best friend Joni Chapman; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  Gail was preceded in death by her father William Millhouse, mother Helen Burns (nee Howard), sister Vicki Smith, and husband Gary Darnell.

No services have been announced at this time.  Gail will be remembered for her warmth, sense of humor, and the joy she brought to those around her.
