Born on November 25, 1974 in St. Louis, MO, Foomz was a Marine Corps combat veteran who served as an infantry officer for 20 years, retiring at the rank of Major. Foomz held a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University School of Business.
