Here is a wonderful video produced by her talented granddaughter Natasha Shultz of Frieda Nielsen Burdette being honored and remembered at her Celebration of Life inside the Institute of Mentalphysics in Joshua Tree, California on December 10, 2023. Many beloved family and friends came and participated, from all over the country -- from as far away as Oregon, Texas, and New York City -- to honor her memory. This video is for those who were there and anyone who could not make it or afford to come. It is a record of that very special day. Frieda's youngest children -- Krista Shultz and Steven Shultz -- are the two hosts speaking, with music by Frieda's close friends Karen Kebler and Paul Gerkin. Enjoy! ♥️

A couple of years after I returned from the hospital where I'd had brain stem surgery, Frieda and Dale asked to come to my house (I lived alone) and spent several hours raking mesquite leaves from the front of my property, even carrying them in a wheelbarrow to the rear of the property, which was several hundred feet away. They also acted as witnesses on a legal document as well as various other tasks. Throughout the years I periodically thanked Frieda for such kindnesses, and she always replied, "We really LOVED doing that for you." Frieda lived what she believed, and I respect her for it. I love you, Frieda, and will miss my favorite hiking buddy and sometimes email buddy. Fond memories for over twenty years, although the memories were collected towards the beginning of the 20+ years.
