Fresco dela Cruz Arandia 

March 27, 1952 -October 28, 2024

Fresco Arandia, son of Jose and Rosalina Arandia, was born on March 27, 1952 and raised in Tandoc, Camarines Sur, Philippines. He worked for many years as a tailor, but his passion and primary activity was farming on his family farm. In 1977 he married Sonia Arcilla, who is now deceased. They had five children-Rosemarie, Joseph, Junalyn, Frisco Jr., and William, and five grandchildren. In 2016, Fresco joined his daughter, Rosemarie, in the United States. Devoted to

his family and his five grandchildren, he communicated with and remained active in their lives. As adevoted husband, father, and grandfather, Fresco instilled the legacy of love, faith, hope, and family. He will forever be in our hearts, and will always be missed.
