Fredrick met Karla Collins in 1973. They were married on 06/26/1976 in Carson City, NV. Together they raised 2 children: Fredrick David Collins Jr; Benjamin Moon Collins.

Fredrick is survived by Karla Collins, Wife, Fredrick David Collins Jr, Son, Fredrick William Collins, Grandson, Benjamin Moon Collins, Son, Kelli Collins, Daughter-In-Law, Kaitlyn & Victoria Sanchez-Collins, Granddaughters, Kenneth Collins, Brother, Bea Smith, Sister .

The family has entrusted Tulip Cremation with the arrangements. There will be a private gathering for immediate family. In lieu of flowers the family is asking donations be sent to the Boy Scouts of America Troop #282 PO Box 491 Reedley, CA 93654.
