It is with great saddness that Fredrick Baumbach, has passed away at the age of 72yrs,  on April 10th, 2022, after a long battle with Dementia.   He resided in Lodi California until 1992, when he and his wife Sharron moved to Galt.  Fred was born on May 12, 1949  to Fred  and Evelyn Baumbach in Lodi.   After graduating from Lodi Academy in 1967,  he attended Walla Walla College and completed his educational journey at DeVry Institute of Technology.  He completed his AA Degree in Electrical Technology.   Fred had a long standing career at Valley industries,  where he retired as a plant engineer after 40 years.  In 1966, he met [Sharron Floyd], and they wed on [August 3, 1969], they were blessed to have  two children, Tara and Andrew Baumbach, in their lives.  Fred was a driven force, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world. He was unendingly proud of [Tara], [Andrew], and [Sharron] and always tried his best to support them.


(Fred) was also a passionate [member of his church] he was deacon for several years and enjoyed teaching bible studies.  Anyone who knew (Fred) knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. (Fred) was predeceased by [his parents, Fred and Evelyn Baumbach.  He is survived by his wife Sharron, and Children Tara and Andrew, and 3 grandchildren.   He is also survived by his Sisters; Pat Wolfswinkel and Artine Cordis, numerous nieces and nephews.


The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to [Galt SDA Church]. There will be a memorial on[May 1st] at [11am at the Galt SDA Church], and reception to follow.
