Fredericka Georgette Afflerbach-Smith passed away January 24, 2020 after a long and courageous 6 year battle with bone marrow cancer. Freddy was born on September 21, 1972 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Maryann Helena Afflerbach (Spouse Roy). Freddy is survived by her daughter Ashley McEnroe (Mike) and grandson Nicholas Frederick .
