Frederick "Fred" Galligan Jr, 81, of Port Charlotte, FL, passed away on September 25, 2022 after a 2 Yr battle with Cancer in which he was cared for by his Loving Wife Charlotte.
Fred was born on September 7, 1941 to the late Frederick T Galligan Sr & the late Leona G (Macomber)Galligan in Acushnet, MA. Fred entered the USMC at age 17. Upon leaving the Marine Corp he became a Commercial Truck Driver which …
