Commissioner Dunphy (as I knew him) was a giant of mine in the criminal justice community.  It was always a pleasure to see him at work, voting cases and interacting with others.  The biggest thing that stays with me today nearly 20 years since I first met him was him saying "Always do the right thing even when no one is looking."  His explanation of why was not for anyone else but out of respect for yourself.  Rest in peace to a great man and may all of his family and friends find peace in this difficult time.

After nearly 50 years of friendship - the happy and the sad times - we feel we have lost a piece of ourselves. We have fabulous memories that were recreated through the pictures we gathered  to send for Blaise’s  remembrance video. Seemed like only yesterday and there in lies the secret... Keep our memories close and Blaise will never be far away. We love you and will never forget those precious moments!
