Fred Luc, 74, of Rosedale, MD, passed away due to complications of kidney and heart disease on October 14, 2022 surrounded by his family. He peacefully passed as we all helped in his journey passing through the gates of Heaven.
Fred was born in Tampa, Florida. He lived in some exciting locations such as Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Baton Rouge Louisiana, and Mississippi to name a few. Later establishing roots and starting his family in Baltimore, …
