Franky Valera was born in the Bronx, New York, on November 10, 1982. He was the first born child of Santiago Valera and Berta Ciriaco. After his parent’s passing, he was adopted by his aunt, Maria L. Valera and uncle, Guadencio Valera.
Later in life, Franky relocated to his second home in Pennsylvania but continued traveling to the Bronx. He was full of Mexican pride, loved to cook for his family, and was a very …
