Obituary

Franklin D. Selman (Frank)
passed away peacefully at an assisted living facility February 14th, 2020 after a long illness of heart disease, kidney disease and diabetes. He was born 11/27/36 to Royal Richmond Selman and Rebecca Eliza Olsen in Payson, Utah. He is the youngest of 11 children. He is survived by sisters Joan, Mary Lee and Georgia. He joined the United States Army in January 1958 which sent him to Alaska for 2 years. …
