Frankie Scharbrough known to most as Uncle Toby passed away on a cold night unexpectedly on February 14, 2022. He was the son of Walter Scharbrough and Sandra Wilhelm. Frankie aka, Uncle Toby, was 51 years old and lived in Richmond,In. He had worked at several different places, RC Cola, Horner Electric, Highway Springs and even drove an Ice Cream Truck in Indianapolis,Indiana. None of these though kept his interest as he was a traveling man. His longest held job was President of the Junk Man Mafia he was a World Class Junker. Uncle Toby loved to draw and was excellent at playing the guitar. He loved his music and could play almost anything. Toby wore his heart on his sleeve. He would help anyone out that he could. Everyone was his friend and no one was his enemy. He leaves behind his Father Walter (Dave) Scharbrough of New Castle,Indiana, two sons Cameron and his wife Kara Scharbrough and three grandchildren Cameron Jr, Aryanah and Raiden Scharbrough all of Liberty, Indiana and Caleb Scharbrough of New Castle,Indiana. Many may not have known, but he loved his boys very much. He also leaves behind a sister Penny Scharbrough of Connersville,Indiana, two brothers Robert and his wife Jeanie Scharbrough of New Castle,Indiana and Ray and his wife Patty Scharbrough of Richmond,Indiana. Special nieces and nephews David Scharbrough II, Sonya Scharbrough, Edward  DeLaPaz  all of Richmond  Indiana and  Toni Baldock  of Connersville,Indiana, Corey  Scharbrough  and Jake  Scharbrough  of New  Castle, Indiana, and many  great nieces and  nephews. He also  leaves behind  his dear friend  that he always had good  things to say, and our family  has a  great deal of gratitude  for Tassy Sailor.Lastly, he  leaves behind  all of Richmond,Indiana  as he was “Uncle Toby”. 

Frankie (Toby) is preceded in death by his mother Sandra Rolls.
